A dancer since the age of three, Tessa is trained in Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary/Modern, Ballet, Tap and Musical Theater. She started her professional dance career at age 13 as a WNBA SparKid.  She trained all over Southern California and competed at several award-winning studios in Orange County, and is a proud alumna of the Orange County High School of the Arts.

 

Tessa’s professional dance career has taken her across the globe – having danced for Carnival Cruise Lines for over seven years.  Tessa relocated to Las Vegas to become a showgirl in legendary shows such as Jubilee! at Bally’s Hotel and Casino and Legends in Concert at Imperial Palace Hotel and Casino.  She toured Central America with The Fercos Brothers: Untamed Illusions magic show.   

 

Now settled back in Orange County, she has combined her love for both dance and Pilates. Tessa is a fully-certified classical Pilates instructor and considered a 3rd generation instructor from the Romana Kryzanowska lineage.  She received her certifications from the Core Arts Center’s comprehensive training programs in 2016.  Tessa is passionate about working with clients from all ages and physical ability.  She is proficient in working with dancers and athletes as well as clients with injuries and/or special needs.  After going through reconstructive ACL surgery in 2019, she's learned firsthand how beneficial Pilates can be during recovery and to continue cross-training. Tessa is thrilled to be a part of the Studio 10 team and will to continue to inspire growth and progress in her clients' journey.
