As a professional dancer, Kaitlyn quickly recognized the importance of proper body alignment and muscular balance. This realization lead her to a career in Pilates. She received her Pilates Professional Teacher Training certification from Mt. San Antonio College, a program that meets criteria established by the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA). With this combination of education and experience, she has quickly developed into a committed and knowledgeable instructor.


Kaitlyn works with individuals from all backgrounds and specializes in the athletic population. When working with athletes, she utilizes her experience as a dancer and emphasizes proper body alignment & muscular balance. She believes that making athletes more aware and correcting imbalances can improve overall performance. Regardless of the client, proper alignment and balance makes day to day living easier and she encourages a more active lifestyle for all those she works with.
