Katie is a Pilates instructor certified by world-renowned Body Arts and Science International (BASI). She is also certified in Pilates for Injuries and Pathologies. She is passionate about Pilates as a low impact, controlled stretching and strengthening program to help align and rehabilitate the body and bring it back to balance. Her classes are core and mindfulness based. Modifications are offered for various levels including beginners. Katie encourages to focus on each breathe and find peace within our bodies. She loves helping others find balance and peaceful mind in their everyday lives.
